It is a pdf file from Greenpeace outlining the companies and products that use genetically modified ingredients, and what that means to consumers and the environment. This comprehensive list outlines which brands and which products are GMO in Canada. Check it out for yourself http://gmoguide.greenpeace.ca/shoppers_guide.pdf and if you do not want to be eating 'food product' without your consent there are calls to action in this guide.
I wanted to provide readers with some background information on genetic engineering, but there so much to tell.
