Rainbow French Fries
Organic Ingredients: Carrots 1. Preheat oven to 400F 2. Peel root vegetables and slice into french fry looking sticks 3. In a bowl lightly coat vegetable sticks with olive oil 4. Sprinkle thyme over vegetables and mix thoroughly so all sticks are coated 5. Spread on a cookie sheet 6. Bake for 10 minutes then turn the veggie sticks over 7. Bake for 10 more minutes, turn veggies over again 8. Bake for 4-8 more minutes until golden in colour and soft when poked with a fork 9. Ready to serve with a dash of sea salt or organic ketchup This is a great way to get picky eaters to get 2 servings of vegetables with lunch or dinner.
